Vision for Education are seeking to appoint school cover supervisors to work in our local secondary schools in Preston, and surrounding areas. This is an immediate start and will be working on a flexible basis.

Are you looking to get into teaching?
The desired Cover Supervisor be working within a school environment and be supervising pupils across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), providing flexible support to cover short-term staff absence. Delivering pre-planned lessons, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to get into teaching or working within a school.
You do not need to hold a teaching qualification, but must demonstrate that you have previously worked with children in any previous role (teaching, youth worker, sports coach, support worker, summer camps, voluntary etc)
This is role has a flexible starting position and can be either ad-hoc, short term or ongoing long-term position for what ever suits your availability.

Requirements
- Be degree qualified
- Have a high level in literacy and numeracy
- Have a flexible approach to work and be able to think on your feet
- Be confident and have a positive approach that engages students in their learning
- Have excellent classroom management skills

Salary
£15 to £20 per hour
- to be educated to degree level or have previous experience of working with children
