As part of our growth plans, we are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to work closely alongside our SEND team to source, attract and secure education professionals.
About the role
· Sourcing, attracting, and securing candidates
· Use of telephone, internet search and database search to identify suitable candidates
· Engaging and rapport building with candidates as well as liaising with clients
· Working closely with an assigned Consultant
· Administrative duties including maintaining and updating database
· Sending interview confirmation and documentation via email
· Networking on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
· Monday to Friday, 7:30am start
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Recruitment Resourcer you will:
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Personable, intelligent, and ambitious
- Willingness to learn about the Education Sector
- Resourceful with the ability to use own initiative
- Enjoys working as part of a friendly and dynamic team
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally a Graduate or A Level leaver with a Sales, Business admin, Customer service or HR qualification
- Desire to develop and progress professionally

Salary
£18,000 to £22,000 per year
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Ideally a Graduate or A Level leaver with a Sales, Business admin, Customer service or HR qualification
