Vision for Education are seeking to appoint a friendly reception teacher to support a class of around 30 pupils.

About the role

It is expected that the successful candidate has a strong knowledge of phonics. Vision is looking for someone that is energetic and able to work effectively within a team. Although you may have a classroom assistant to support pupils with additional needs, we are looking for an observant candidate that would be effectively able to spread their support.

Vision for Education are working with a one form entry primary school based in Reddish. With a train station found in the town centre and frequent buses, this school is easily accessible if you are on public transport. With a recently ‘good’ rating from Ofsted, this school prides itself on its strong senior leadership and impressive outdoor provisions.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Reception Teacher you will:
  • A Qualified Teacher Status, QTS.
  • Be able to work between the hours of 8:30 until 15:30 Monday - Friday.
  • Be able to communicate effectively within a team
  • Have a strong ability to foster meaningful relationships

Salary

£450 to £600 per week

The successful candidate will be starting this role with immediate effect.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • a PGCE with QTS and you must have relevant experience in an educational setting.
