About the role
The School-Led Tutoring Programme has been designed to help students close the gaps in their learning due to Covid-19. Schools are able to claim funding to run small, targeted, sessions for pupils in need of additional support. The tutor will be working with children in groups of up to 6 pupils and all tutoring will be delivered face-to-face in the school.
We are already receiving enquiries for September, and we would be keen to speak to teachers, tutors and learning support workers with experience in the following subjects:
- Maths, English and Science from EYFS to Year 6.
- SATS (Year 2 and Year 6).
- Experience with students with SEMH needs.

Requirements
- Experience working with Primary aged children between 4-11 years old.
- Experience Teaching or Tutoring (1 year ideally).
- Have experience with SEMH students.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Hold or be willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check.

Salary
£20 to £25 per hour
- A minimum of one years experience in a similar role (teaching or tutoring).
- Experience with students that can exhibit challenging behaviour.
