The positions we are recruiting for can be booked in advance, on the day and be required to cover in different year groups around different schools in Barnsley. We are regularly contacted by schools to cover sickness, maternities, and long-term requirements. We also have schools contact us for on the day cover. For long term requirements you will be responsible for the class and required to plan, mark, and assess however, for day-to-day requirements the planning is left, and you are required to teach the class, mark the work, and leave notes to communicate with the teacher you are covering for. This position is a fantastic opportunity to work in different schools and gain experience working in different year groups.

Vision for Education work with primary schools in the South Yorkshire area. We work with schools in the Barnsley (S70, S71 and S75 area).

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching primary education at all levels
