Vision for Education are recruiting for a Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher to work full time in a large school located in Preston, Lancashire. *Starting April 2022*

About the role

This is a full time Primary Teaching vacancy starting in May 2022 due to a resignation of our client schools current Key Stage 1 (KS1) teacher. The vacancy is taking over a year 1 class of 24 children, 2 children with SEN who are supported by experienced SEND Teaching assistants.

The successful primary teacher must be comfortable planning and delivering material to the year 1 class for the remainder of the academic year and possibly into next year where required. This is a long term role and the primary teacher must be of a driven nature, to help the children succeed and engage with the KS1 curriculum.

This is a large 2 form entry school located in central Preston, the school operates with Nurture and Inclusion at the forefront of their values. The leadership team are of a driven nature and have taken the school to new heights in the last couple of years.

Although a large school the overall feel of the school is calm and that of a smaller school due to the quality and dedication of staff as a work as a fantastic team.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of PRIMARY TEACHER you will:
  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Must have recent experience teaching in a primary setting
  • Flexibility where required
  • Must be comfortable and experienced planning and teaching a KS1 class

Salary

£500 to £1,000 per week

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
