Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a PHSE Teacher to work in a small independent school, starting in September 2022. Working on a full-time basis, the school welcome applications from both newly qualified and experienced teachers.
The role is supporting across the secondary campus in all classes teaching all year groups. The students can exhibit challenging behaviours, so a patient and understanding candidate is required, a sense of humour also would be helpful.

The successful PHSE Teacher will work in a supportive and friendly department and wider school environment. The school is forward thinking and benefits from a proactive Senior Leadership team.
They have a holistic and child centric approach. It is a specialist setting with students with a variety of SEMH needs and can exhibit challenges. The school are extremely understanding and will offer all the support they can so they can really support the students.
Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience working with SEMH Students
- Have some knowledge or previous experience of Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
- Be adaptable and flexible
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff???????
About Vision for Education
Salary
£120 to £130 per day
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status
- Have worked with SEMH students and have an understanding of ASC, ADHD and be RPI trained
- Be confident teaching PHSE
