Vision for Education are recruiting for a full-time Nurture Teaching Assistant starting in September 2022 at a local SEMH school in Spilsby.
About the role
As a Nurturing Teaching Assistant, you will be working in a challenging yet incredibly rewarding role specialising in supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN). You will be required to provide specialist support in a classroom setting for children with learning disabilities and difficulties. Vision For Education are seeking the ideal candidate who is nurturing, caring, enthusiastic, have a passion for wellbeing and eager to develop their skills. You will support teaching and learning across the school, providing general support to pupils and management of resources.
This is a temporary to permanent role starting in September 2022.
About the school
The School is in the Spilsby area, working closely with children who have a primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) with an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP).
The students can exhibit extremely challenging physical behaviours so experience with SEMH needs is a must.

- Have a desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities .
- Be dedicated to improving outcomes for all children.
- There are opportunities for the role to become a permanent position after a qualifying period is worked.
- A minimum of 5 days referable experience within the last 5 years.
