The desired Level 3 Teaching Assistant post holder will be a candidate with a real passion for supporting children. The role would require a candidate to have experience of educational settings and the development stages of children. It is important to show knowledge of ways to support the class teacher and children alike. Candidates are desired to have characteristics that can encourage children; yet be calm, enthusiastic, and professional.

• Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Teaching and Learning in Schools
• Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary environment
• Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
