We are looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant on behalf of specialist settings based in Horsham. The Learning Support Assistant role is due to start after Easter, roles include ADHOC work and short/long term contracts. This would be a great opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant starting their career or equally a Learning Support Assistant looking for a new challenge.

The Learning Support Assistant role would suit a candidate who is an excellent role model with a calm demeanour and positive mindset. The Learning Support Assistant will be required to support students with varied and complex needs in the classroom aged between 5 – 18, depending on your preference and also supporting the class teacher by preparing classrooms and materials and building positive relationships with pupils to promote interaction and learning.

A variety of settings can be discussed.

• Ideally have experience within a SEN environment but this isn’t essential
• Have experience working with children aged between 5 -18
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.

• Recent experience working with children under 16 years
