Vision for Education is looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support incredible young people with additional needs, including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, visual impairment, and learning difficulties. Requirements

To be considered for the role of Behaviour Support Assistant you will:

  • Must have valid driving license and own transport.
  • Essential: Comfortable delivering personal care.
  • DESIRED: Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or Level 2/3 Early Years Educator
  • Desired: Have prior school experience working with young people with SEND.
  • Desired: Trained in Gastro, moving and handling.
  • To mentor and engage with the pupils, delivering specifically designed educational packages.
  • You will need to be passionate, empathetic and patient.
