A First School situated within Newcastle Upon Tyne are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant from September 2024.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working within Key Stage 2 (KS2) and be committed to providing a an inclusive, vibrant, and encouraging environment.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of KS2 Teaching Assistant (Full-time, temporary) you will:
- Preferably have experience of supporting within KS2.
- Preferably have a Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification.
- Have an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A friendly and enthusiastic personality.
- Have an ability to offer differentiated learning and support pupils with SEND.

Salary
£416 to £435 per week
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Preferably have a Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification.
