Start Your Journey as an Individual Needs Assistant!

Are you ready to kick-start your career in education? Do you have a passion for supporting children and helping them thrive? This could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

We’re looking for a full-time Individual Needs Assistant to join our fantastic partner schools in Eastbourne, East Sussex. In this role, you’ll work closely with pupils who need a little extra support—both in the classroom and on a one-to-one basis. As an Individual Needs Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in making sure every child feels included, supported, and inspired to reach their potential.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about helping children succeed
  • Patient, caring, and supportive
  • Keen to learn and develop within education
  • Ready to make a positive impact every single day

If you’re enthusiastic, dedicated, and eager to start your career in education, we’d love to hear from you.
