Inclusion Room Manager Secondary School Wirral Full time, long term role starting after May half term.

About the role

Vision for Education are looking for someone to staff our Inclusion room, full-time on an on-going basis starting after half term (if possible).

The person staffing this may have 1 student per hour or 9 students. Students are working in this room for a day or 2 because of poor behaviour or incidents that have meant they can't be in class for the day.

Successful candidates will find themselves in a warm, welcoming environment in a secondary school that is well respected within the community. They will be supported by a dedicated senior leadership team.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Inclusion Room Manager you will:
  • Have a strong character and also know that this is a room for reflection and work and not particularly engage in fun and friendly chats which would go against the reason students are based in there.
  • Have experience of working within a school environment
  • Be adaptable and flexible
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff???????
