Vision for Education are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work at a lovely inclusive primary school in Weston-Super-Mare from April 25th 2022.
About the role
The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will be a passionate and proactive individual, capable of building good relationships with children and staff. They will also complement teachers’ delivery of the national curriculum and contribute to the development of other support staff, pupils, school policies and strategies;
They will encourage pupils to become independent learners, to provide support for their welfare, and to support the inclusion of pupils in all aspects of school life.

Requirements
- Have experience working in Key Stage1 and 2 (KS1 and 2)
- Hold a minimum HLTA qualification or equivalent certification
- Have excellent behaviour management skills
- Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required
About Vision for Education
Salary
£75 to £95 per day
- HLTA qualification or equivalent certification.
