Vision for Education are looking to appoint a HLTA to join our successful supply team to work in a local primary school in Sheffield. This will be in all primary year groups, starting April 2022 - July 2022

About the role

The desired HLTA will be working in a large primary school, with a wide range of ability levels. This role would suit both experienced and recently qualified HLTA.

This culturally diverse primary school graded GOOD by Ofsted is situated in South Sheffield. With a strong leadership team, the school has a fantastic community feel. Both pupils and staff enjoy attending and working at the school.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant - HLTA you will:
  • Hold the HLTA qualification or be degree qualified
  • Have experience of working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in a Primary environment
  • Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff
  • Ideally have experience delivering primary lessons

Salary

£75 to £85 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Hold the HLTA qualification or be degree qualified
