Working closely with department heads and senior leaders, the successful Graduate Teaching Assistants, will be required to complete a number of support duties with the school. They will be responsible for providing targeted support and interventions pupils in Secondary education. The successful applicant will play a vital role in 'narrowing the gap' in pupil attainment. This role will provide the candidate with the ideal opportunity to gain paid experience working in schools prior to teacher training. We would welcome applications from aspiring secondary school teachers.
