About the role
This role will be to cover various PPA, interventions and general class cover. To support pupils’ academic and social communication needs and to support positive social and emotional wellbeing, enabling them to engage in learning in and out of the school environment.

The role will be based at an SEMH/SEND College, who aim to be a caring, happy, learning community where every child is able to reach their full potential, the school work with the local community, and parents in particular, to build a learning environment based on the following core values. Requirements
- Delivering assigned lesson plans in a structured manner, to promote complete pupil engagement in the learning activities.
- Utilising effective behavioural management techniques to assist in promoting an optimal learning environment within the classroom.
- Undertake additional duties, such as break and lunch duties, as and when is required.
- Have relevant experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults.
