Vision for Education is looking for motivated, aspiring educators to join a supportive primary school in Chigwell as Future Teachers / Trainee Teaching Assistants. This is an excellent pathway for individuals considering a career in teaching and looking to gain hands-on classroom experience.

About the Role

This role is ideal for graduates, career changers or anyone passionate about moving into education. You will:

• Support pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 under the guidance of experienced teachers

• Work 1:1 and with small groups to reinforce learning

• Help deliver engaging lessons and activities

• Develop classroom management skills and gain real school experience

• Receive ongoing mentoring and support to help you progress towards teacher training

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A strong interest in becoming a teacher or working in education

• A positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A willingness to learn and take on feedback

• Some experience with children (desirable but not essential)
