About the role
Vision for Education are looking for a full time EYFS 1-1 Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA) to support a pupil with Autism, ADHD and SEMH to join our successful supply support team to work in a two-form entry primary school within Sunderland. The suitable candidate will be working 1-1 with an EYFS pupil within a class of 26 pupils with mixed abilities and varying needs. The salary will be dependent on experience, training, or qualifications with the role beginning October 2022 – July 2023 on an ongoing basis. Working as a part of a large, creative, and caring team, the successful Teaching Assistant will focus on delivering 1-1 support to an EYFS pupil, the main aim is to bring the child up to speed with their English and Maths. The role will be Monday – Friday 08:30 – 15:30 working specifically in an EYFS class. The suitable candidate would need to have experience of working with children with mixed needs and varying abilities.

About Vision for Education
Salary
£400 to £460 per week
- • Minimum of Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject
- • Have experience supporting children with SEND
- • Be able to adapt to different routines daily
- • Be able to work between the hours of 8:30 until 15:30 Monday – Friday
- • Have a DBS on the Update Service or, willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service
