The School and Role

A secondary school in East Sussex is seeking a full-time English teacher for a maternity cover position. Rated "Good" by Ofsted, the school provides a rich, stimulating, and rewarding learning environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to Key Stages 3 and 4 and will play an integral role within a supportive and dynamic team.

Requirements

The desired English teacher will;

- Have experience of working with secondary school aged children

- Have experience of teaching English to Key Stage 3 & 4

- Have a passion for the progress of secondary school pupils

- Have a QTS/experience teaching

- Have a valid DBS on the update service
