We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified English Teacher to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in local SEMH school in the Horncastle area.
About the role
The desired English Teacher will have passion and enthusiasm for the subject who will have the responsibility of delivering English lessons across KS3 and KS4, to students who can exhibit extremely challenging behaviours. The successful English Teacher will be able to build positive relationships quickly and provide a supportive and understanding environment for the students. Experience with SEMH Students is a must and an ability to teach within multiple subjects as the role is demanding and requires the successful candidate to adapt to multiple lessons. The role will be a temporary to permanent role so someone committed to a new career within a school is required. |

Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience working with SEMH Students
- Have recent teaching experience in the last 2 years for at least 2 weeks.
- Have a passion for high quality lesson delivery
- Have an outstanding ability to share your knowledge in an engaging and adaptable way.
About Vision for Education
Salary
£100 to £189 per day
- Qualified Teacher Status is desirable, but not necessary
- Experience with SEMH students
