About the role

Role: ECT Primary Teacher.

Location: Manchester, Bolton

Start Date: September 2026 or sooner if looking for work before Summer.

Contract: Long-term with Daily and Short Term Opportunities available.

Salary: £600 – £800 per week (dependent on experience and scale point).

Qualification: QTS required.

The School and Role

Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) completing your PGCE or Primary Education degree this summer and looking for your first Year 3 teaching role from September 2026?

We are recruiting motivated and reliable Year 3 Teachers for long-term, supply and potential permanent opportunities in primary schools across Bolton. Requirements

To be considered for these ECT Teacher / Primary Teacher opportunities, you should have:

  • QTS or be due to receive QTS this summer through your PGCE or Primary Education degree.
  • A passion for teaching and supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
  • Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence leading a class.
  • A positive, flexible and reliable attitude.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Availability for supply work and/or long-term teaching roles from September 2026.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • QTS
  • Experience
