Vision for Education is seeking to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our successful team and to work in a local primary school in Preston. Part-time. Sept 2022 - July 2023

About the role

The successful Early Years (EYFS) Teaching Assistant will be working three days a week 9:00-15:30 from Sept 2022 – July 2023. You will provide general classroom support for a large Early Years class as well as some small group work. The role would suit someone with excellent knowledge of the Early Years curriculum, ideally someone who has worked in Early Years recently.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teaching assistant looking to work part time in a fantastic school.

The appointed teaching assistant will require excellent behaviour management skills and be dedicated and passionate about enriching the pupil’s education.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYFS) you will:
  • Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
  • Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary environment.
  • Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment.
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff

Salary

£11 to £13 per hour

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
