Vision for Education are seeking Early Career Teachers from September 2022 to work in short term, long term and permanent roles in our client schools in and around Gainsborough.

About the role

The desired Secondary Early Career Teachers (ETCs) will be working in our client schools from September 2022. We pride ourselves on our provision of good and outstanding practitioners to fantastic schools in the area. We are looking to hear from passionate and determined Early Career Teacher (ECTs) who are looking to start their career in teaching.

Vision for Education are seeking Early Career Teachers from September 2022 to work in short term, long term and permanent roles in our client schools in and around Gainsborough. During the summer months each year, Vision for Education receive hundreds of Teaching Roles for September across Primary and Secondary specialist Schools. Often, these roles are highly suited to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and we are very experienced in securing ECTs positions that help them complete their induction. These roles are often 1-year contracts, or permanent posts, with the ability to complete an induction. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are QTS.

Vision for Education works with hundreds of schools. Our office in Lincoln covers Lincoln City Centre and the surrounding villages therefore we work with a wide-range of both small village schools, and larger urban schools. The schools we are proud to work with have an outstanding reputation in their local area and are passionate about ensuring our community provides the best possible education for our children.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Early Careers Teacher you will:
  • Have experience working within an SEND school, or the desire to have a role within one
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teaching and support staff.
  • Have experience teaching children in your specific setting.
  • Have passed your ITT course/hold QTS.

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.

Salary

£100 to £130 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Have Qualified Teacher Status
