Salary: £140 – £226.63 per day (dependent on experience and scale)
About the role
Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a creative and adaptable Supply Design and Technology (DT) Teacher to work across a variety of secondary schools in Hull. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across the Design and Technology curriculum at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, which may include areas such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, Graphics, Textiles, or Food Technology—depending on your subject strengths. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to inspire students in practical, hands-on subjects that build essential life and technical skills.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification

Have experience teaching Design and Technology at KS3 and KS4 (applications from ECTs are welcomed)

Be confident managing classroom behaviour and leading practical workshop-based learning

Provide two references, including one from a recent teaching position

Be flexible, dependable, and ideally have access to your own transport to travel to schools across Hull

Hold, or be willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service
