About the Role:
Visions Education is looking for motivated and organised individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across Hull. This is a paid opportunity ideal for graduates, career changers, or anyone planning to train as a teacher in the future. You will gain valuable classroom experience while making a positive impact on young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, maintaining a safe and structured environment.

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and support student engagement.

• Monitor behaviour and report to class teachers.

Person Specification:

• Motivated, organised, and enthusiastic about supporting young people.

• Flexible and adaptable in a classroom setting.

• Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential – full training provided.

• Candidates from academic, sporting, or performing backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
