The School and Role

A 'Good' specialist SEND provision in Rotherham are looking to appoint a Classroom Support Assistant to work full time or part time with SEND pupils including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties and Speech and Language Difficulties. As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to guide students in managing their emotions and working towards their targets.

Requirements

The desired Classroom Support Assistant will have;

• Experience of working with primary or secondary school aged children
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
• A passion for the progress of SEND primary and secondary school pupils
• An ability to work as part of a team
