Class Teacher (YEAR 1) Part Time/Temporary Position September 2022 Start £550 to £600 per week (dependent on experience & qualifications) Suitable for ECTS.

This position of Class Teacher is a key appointment and the successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team with a wide ranging array of responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have:

  • To support planning, resource and deliver lessons and sequences of lessons to the highest standard, thereby ensuring meaningful learning takes place and pupils make rapid and sustained progress.
  • To develop one’s own teaching practice to a level of advanced proficiency.
  • To fully implement all academy routines and techniques for creating a culture of high expectations.
  • To contribute to the enrichment, extra-curricular and raising aspirations programmes.
  • To contribute to the effective daily working of the academy.

About the school

We are working with a number of Primary Schools across Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire. Apart of building our profile with our client schools, we visit and spend time observing the teaching and learning and speaking with the senior leadership team. We will share with our new candidates our insights into our Primary schools so you are confident when you first walk into a classroom.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Class Teacher you will:
  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Access to own or public transport.
  • Enhanced DBS checked or willing to apply for.
  • Relevant experience within EYFS and KS1.
  • Able to provide two relevant reference from experience.
  • Available between 3 - 5 days per week.

Salary

£550 to £600 per week

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • 6 months experience with an Education setting.
  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Safeguarding and Child Protections certificate or willing to complete course.
