About the role
The successful candidate will be offering 1:1 support to a child with additional needs. They must have a professional and approachable manner and be able to build a fantastic rapport with the child and class teacher to ensure the pupil is thoroughly supported.

Requirements
- • Have previous experience of supporting children with SEND.
- • Be resilient and an understanding character to children who may display challenging behaviour.
- • Have a caring and adaptable nature.
- • Have a desire to work with children with SEND.
- • Have relevant experience of working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults.
- Experience working with young people and/or children.
- An understanding of SEND and how to support children.
