Vision for Education are seeking to appoint dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Assistants to work within a specialised provision in the Newcastle upon Tyne area.
About the role
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will be working directly with students who often present difficult and challenging behaviours, and who struggle to regulate and understand their own emotions. This is a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant role.
About the school
A specialist SEND provision in Newcastle upon Tyne are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with young people who have a diagnosis of Social and Emotional Mental Health difficulties, and potentially some other additional needs.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Behaviour Support Assistant you will:
- Experience of working with students with SEMH and behavioural difficulties
- A passion for education and helping people
- A nurturing and engaging personality

Salary
£350 to £450 per week
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
