Vision for Education are currently working alongside a range of schools in Trafford who are looking for Behaviour Support Assistants to start as soon as possible.

This role is to support young people with Social, Emotional and Behavioural needs.

The role

  • We are looking for Behaviour Support Assistant who can be resilient, calm and build strong and positive relationships with young people
  • You will implement intervention work to support students on a 1:1 basis and with small groups, to enable them to access the curriculum
  • You will work alongside dedicated class teachers to guide and motivate students to achieve their learning and personal targets

  • Have a positive, resilient, and can-do attitude
  • Have experience of supporting challenging behaviour or desire to do so
  • Be adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Be willing to work in schools in the Trafford area

£350 to £400 per week

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Have relevant experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
