One of our partner SEND schools in Bristol are looking for a male behavioural support mentor to work on a 1-2-1 basis with a pupil with challenging behaviour.
As a behavioural support mentor, you will provide support, advice and help this student throughout their learning.
About the role
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday starting immediately.
This role will be working with a pupil with challenging behaviour in KS3 and therefore you should hold experience working on a 1-2-1 basis with pupils in a classroom.
To be successful in this role you will be patient, be able to work on your own initiative, and can control and de-escalate situations if this was to arise.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Challenging behaviour 1-2-1 mentot you will:
- Have experience working on a 1-2-1 basis with pupils with challenging behaviour
- Be Team Teach Trained
- Have an enhaced DBS on the update service
