Vision for Education are currently working alongside a range of Special Educational Needs schools in Manchester looking for 1:1 Teaching Assistants.
About the role
- You will be expected to provide 1:1 support to students with a range of special education needs and disabilities
- You will need to be confident and able to work independently to support learning and facilitate each student’s development in a progressive way
- We will be looking for someone with the right personality and skill set to support young people in fulfilling their best protentional
- There are opportunities for the role to become permanent with the school after a qualifying period

- Each school has a committed and supportive cohort of staff who provide a nurturing environment for all students
- You will have the opportunity to work closely with staff, parents, and carers to ensure the pupils you support are engaged in learning
Requirements
To be considered for the role of 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will:
- Have a confident, positive and caring personality
- Have a desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Physical Dsiabilities

Salary
£325 to £375 per week
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- A minimum of 6 weeks relevant experience
