About the role
The successful candidate will be offering 1:1 support to a children and young people within mainstream schools. They must have a professional and approachable manner and be able to build a fantastic rapport with the child and class teacher to ensure the pupil is thoroughly supported.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will:
- Previous experience of supporting children with SEND.
- Resilient and understanding character to children who may display challenging behaviour.
- Caring and adaptable nature.
- Have a desire to work with children with SEND.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Have relevant experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults.
