About the Role
Vision for Education is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse (Level 2 or Level 3 qualified) to work in a lovely nursery setting in Colchester. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about early years education and creating a nurturing, engaging environment for children to thrive.
You’ll be supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities, helping them reach key milestones, and ensuring their safety and happiness every day.
Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of exciting, age-appropriate activities.

Observe and record children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.

Build warm and trusting relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
Requirements

âś… Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

❤️ Genuine passion for working with children aged 0–5 years.

Good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.

Positive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude.

Up-to-date Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
