Primary Supply Teacher – Essex Area
Locations Needed: ESSEX - Chelmsford, Colchester, Thurrock, Havering, Basildon, Southend
Position: Flexible Supply Teaching Roles (Full-time/Part-time/Ad-hoc)
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £125–£220 per day, depending on experience and role
Contract Type: Temporary, with potential for long-term placements
About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join our team in the Essex area. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across various primary schools, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment. This role offers flexibility to suit your schedule, with opportunities for both short-term and long-term placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Adapt to different school settings, following lesson plans where provided.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and school staff.
- Provide feedback on student progress and maintain clear communication with school staff.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for individuals who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Have experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are adaptable and able to work effectively in various school environments.
- Hold a valid Enhanced DBS check or are willing to obtain one.
