Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Contract: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Primary Class Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive school community in Southend-on-Sea. About the Role

The successful candidate will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress effectively

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Has strong classroom management and communication skills

• Is enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development

• Has high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to inclusion

• ECTs and experienced teachers are both warmly encouraged to apply
