Vision for Education is looking for a committed and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a vibrant primary school in Thurrock. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 on a 1:1 basis and within small groups

• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver inspiring and accessible lessons

• Assist learners with SEND, adapting support to meet individual needs

• Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, nurturing learning environment

• Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence and love of learning

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting

• A warm, patient and supportive approach

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

• A genuine interest in education and child development

• Reliability, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
