Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Chigwell. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and helping them reach their full potential.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across Early Years and/or Key Stages 1–2

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

• Support children with SEND, helping to remove learning barriers

• Encourage positive behaviour and promote pupils’ social and emotional development

• Contribute to a friendly, caring and safe learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting

• A patient, nurturing and proactive approach

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

• A genuine passion for education and child development

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
