Vision for Education is seeking an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our partner primary schools in the Romford and Harold Wood areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) at the crucial early stages of their learning journey.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to primary-aged pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, and social, emotional & mental health (SEMH) challenges.

• Work closely with teachers to deliver personalised support and adapt learning activities.

• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour in a supportive setting.

• Foster strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff to ensure the best outcomes.

The Candidate:

• Previous SEN support experience within a primary school is essential.

• A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting young learners.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• SEN training or qualifications (desirable but not essential).
