12 noon - 4pm (Drop-in - no need to book)
Vision for Education's Manchester branch is hosting an open day in February, to recruit teaching and support staff for day-to-day supply work, and short and long-term placements at schools in and around Manchester.
The free event is taking place on Tuesday 20th February from 12 noon to 4pm at The Place, Fallowfield Library, Platt Lane, Manchester, M14 7FB.
Experienced and newly qualified teachers, teaching assistants, covers supervisors and other school support staff can drop-in to find out more about Vision for Education and the temporary opportunities available in local primary, secondary and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) schools.
We are also interested in talking to people with experience of working with or supervising young people, who are looking to get into teaching but don’t have a formal teaching qualification.
Visitors will be able to apply to register with us on the day. They will need to bring two proof of address documents dated within the last three months, a valid passport or full UK birth certificate, proof of qualifications and their DBS certificate for the update service or be willing to pay for a new one.
We offer great rates of pay and free training courses and social events, to help staff keep their skills up-to-date and build their professional contacts.
For more information about the event, please call our Manchester branch on 0161 273 7475.
