Making a complaint

We're always looking at ways we can improve our services. If you're not happy with the service you have received, we want to know about it straight away so that we can resolve things quickly for you.

We encourage schools and candidates to try to resolve their issue locally first by contacting their local branch (link to branches) to make an informal complaint. If this is not possible or it does not resolve your issue, you will need to make a formal complaint.

We aim to resolve complaints within five working days, but more complex issues may take a little longer.
