Full Job Description: Do you want a new challenge with varied work, flexibility and great rates of pay? If so, Vision for Education can help.... We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in the Derbyshire area in well supported schools. You will be required to help support the class and teacher with lessons and also care for the students. We are looking for candidates with relevant experience or experience within other SEN settings with transferable skills. It is essential that you hold a valid, recognised teaching assistant qualification and ideally you will have 6 weeks recent experience in a UK school. We must also be able to contact your past school to obtain a reference.   • Saint Paul’s Visit to Thai Orphanage January 5th, 2011 Staff and pupils from Saint Paul’s Catholic High School in Wythenshawe were delighted to receive a cheque for £750 from Vision for Education to support them when they go to visit Pattaya Orphanage in Thailand. The trip, which will take place during the Easter holidays, will involve Year 11 pupils (age 15-16) as part of their Citizenship work. In addition to this contribution, the trip will be financed by the pupils’ fundraising activities such as washing cars, sponsored walk, collecting old phones and packing shopping bags in the local supermarkets.
  • Vision For Education has pledged to help bring Darfield All Saints Primary School in to the digital age.
